• Concept and challenges: The condo project MÀ is inscribed in the desire of revitalization of the Côtes-des-Neiges neighbourhood. The visit starts with wood partitions, echoing the future parks and gardens that MÀ will be endowed with; a big format color perspective also contributes to illustrate the project. At the heart of the space, the path opens to a white luminous space characterized by purity and elegance. Vaporous signs hanging from the ceiling post the sales plans of the project: their positioning creates a light and aerial scenography. The interior architecture is the one universally known of the house, sensible to the cultural diversity of the sector. The clients buy their living space and not a project of condos.
