Mandate: Design of a 60 seat restaurant. We have designed each step of the project, from concept to construction site surveillance.

Concept and challenges: HUMÀ has designed, for Vino Volo , the first franchise in a canadian airports (23 franchises in the USA) on the premise of the companie’s strict design criterias. We have accomplished a unique design showcasing the ‘’Montrealness’’. Our main challenge was the 3 months deadline allowed for the mandate including the opening at the Montreal airport. HUMÀ also had the responsability to coordinate all professionals and construction manager in order to deliver an all-inclusive project.
