• Concept and challenges: The Coupal and Dare sites enjoy a strategic position in the city of Saint-Lambert. Within walking distance of the train station and Victoria Avenue, these industrial properties are part of a redevelopment vision based on the principles of a TOD (Transit Oriented Development). The project will be designed based on axes of sustainable development in accordance with the values of Pue and Humà. Among the choices of concepts, the reconstruction of nature in the site was one of the determining factors, including in particular: Reduction of heat islands Renaturalization Vegetated interior courtyards Urban agriculture Native and permacultural plants Responsible water management
