Concept and challenges: Established in a vast maple grove, this project of 136 charming units benefits from a particularly enjoyable and privileged location. The project, largely based on its interaction with the surrounding and luxurious nature, instinctively tends towards the abundance and elegance notions of design. Our intervention showcases these aspects through materials and layout. The sales office, widely opened on the maple grove, is designed to offer a privileged customer service, just like the concierge services. In that way, the architectural stroll is clear and engaging. The different zones’ volumes, colours, light, materials and furniture express comfort and refinement. In the same thought, the typical unit is composed of noble materials and products, the cuts and finishes are finely executed. The allowed surfaces are practical and wide. Those details are easily identifiable for the future buyer. The common spaces are also the prolongation of those first intentions: noble materials, intelligent volumetry, refinement, elegance and comfort.
