Concept and challenges: For the tower, HUMÀ designed all the common spaces, spas, gym, lobby and corridors. We also have designed for the units typical finishes layout, 5 reception halls, and exterior terraces with pool layout. Our mandate continued with preliminary plans, coordination, execution and construction site with IBI architects.
Glamour and timeless design are a must, day and night in the Tour des Canadiens project. In the entrance, the lobby unfold its strong interior design intentions, minimalist and rich in its materiality, an important reminder of the architectural line. Bursts of light create a delicate atmosphere, showcasing once again the design’s line and theme. The corridors, high and deep transport the user in a muted ambiance with a voluptuous, tailor made carpet, opening on to the luxurious apartment. Tour des Canadiens was designed as a downtown Montreal hotel, pied-a-terre of predilection for stars and international champions. This mood was created through luxurious and vibrant common spaces with specifically chosen materials and furniture. The mosaic pool, the ‘’Miami Beach’’ terrace, the lounges, the space, the gym and many others.
