Mandate: Conception and realization of the branding and communication for this residential program

Concept and challenges: Following the success of the first 3 phases of MV program, PCA entrusted Humà to launch the new townhouses that will complete the set: Le Quatrième. Its communication takes up the great design guidelines of these new houses, located in Dorval: simplicity and elegance.
The composition gives an huge impression of open spaces sublimating the photographs of the place according to the idea of « calm, luxury and volutuousness » of Beaudelaire : an invitation of the inner journey as soon as you open the brochure.
Comprising a large number of variations ranging from the 9-foot high ground map to the corporate brochure, this is in harmony with Huma's sales office, with its sleek design.
